JCF and the Educational Projects
The aim of all educational projects of JCF is to give value to trades, learned by practical skill training in combination with high educational knowledge.
As the Swiss Dual System shows in more than 150 years of history, good vocational skills education brings out best quality of products and competent occupational people with sound knowledge. With this alternative way of education it is possible in Switzerland to get highest qualifications. This occupational experienced specialists are asked very much and influence the economy with lasting effects.
In cooperation with this high experienced educational system, JCF will help to work out a promising way of skills education and to adapt and connect it to the official educational system of India.

BSDU - The first Skill DEVELOPMENT University in India

Bhartiya Skill Development University Jaipur has been incorporated by the Govt. of Rajasthan in 2017. The aim of BSDU is to provide Value Added Quality Skill Education to Indian youth with expertise and complete know-how based on Swiss Industrial and Teaching Experience. The curriculum has been designed to support, promote and advance High Quality Skill Development Education in India and to provide enough opportunities to the youth to get employment and make India the exporter of skilled employees to the world. BSDU is the First of its kind Skills University in India promulgating skill development through practical skills training based on the concept of “One Machine—One Student”. BSDU is working on the model of Swiss Dual System of Training to impart world class skills training leading to award of UG, PG and Ph.D. degrees. The University is spread over more than 30 acres of land in Mahindra World City Jaipur where state of the art construction is in full swing to establish World Class Skills Education Institution.

PolymechanicThere is a huge need in India's industry for engineers and well trained work force for high quality products.
JCF decided to start with the field of Polymechanic (multiple skilled worker or production technician mechanical). On January of 2016 the first Course for Students started. Polymechanic becomes a part of the BSDU CarpentryOne of the most asked branch of skill development is Carpentry.

ElectricianThe Profession of electrician, is a wide area wich it is a matter to develop in India. The skills of this trade are predestined for the construction and adaptation of the Swiss Dual System for India.

Health CareGood qualified nursing workers in Indian's hospitals are rare. With a course of certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) the standard of skills trained young worker can grow up and become a must and make them indispensable in every hospital. The Swiss Dual System can help to bring a high quality in a low standardized branch of Health Care.

Joshi's Scheme - RUJ Skill Schooling for Dropouts
is a new and unique scheme of schooling dropouts and withdrawals in the age of 10 to 18 years. From the 5th to the 12th class the RUJ Skill School offers an integral educational system with theory (school education) and practise (skill education). The RUJ Skill School wants to give the young dropouts a new perspective for their career future. Probably on 2018 the new Schooling Scheme will start in the rural areas of Jaipur. |
