The school has a spacious building with modern classrooms and laboratories with an excellent environment for the students to receive training both in theoretical and practical aspects. Proper hands-on training is imparted in the open construction yard in the campus, to have a feel of the field working. There they master on the tools, materials, construction procedures along with all safety precautions to achieve quality output. Students are also trained on laboratory equipment to conduct quality control tests to have proper control over the material and workmanship in the field during construction operation and check compliance of the acceptance criteria for finished products.

As per Construction Skill Development Council, the career path can be broadly classified as follows: -Supervisor Structure, Supervisor Erection, Supervisor Finishes, Supervisor Fabrication, Supervisor Electrical works, Plant &Machinery, Store keeper construction, Quality Technician, Supervisor site EHS (Environment, Health and Safety). Career opportunities exist in major construction companies, entrepreneurship and self-employment. INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT The School will have a modern fully functional office for hands-on practice for the students. It will have the well- equipped labs and smart classrooms.
